Lifelong Leadership

A leader in college and as a military officer, Ed then moved up through two of the world’s best managed companies: Altria/Philip Morris International as Marketing Manager & with Johnson & Johnson in Diagnostic Sales in its #1 Territory. He also served as Assistant to the President of a large European Company. He bought his first ‘turn-around’ business at age 28  and sold it two years later for a 400% gain. His project consulting clients have included scores of public, private and social sector organizations. This has included the federal government, major corporations and leading non profits.

Fast Growth

Since 1968, Ed has been an entrepreneur starting or guiding organizations through growth, turn-around and reorganization. “My  greatest learning experience involved co-founding a specialized consulting firm that grew from four people to five hundred employees within six years. Shocking but true lessons – we grew too fast. As a result of these experiences and many tough consulting and leadership projects, I can better help others avoid pitfalls and seize opportunities.” states Bantlow. “My passion these days is to promote growth with balance and understanding. What’s the point if you can’t be happy!”

Well Grounded

He is a graduate of Lafayette College and completed MBA studies in Marketing Management at NYU. His interest in history, psychology and leadership continues. Ed is author of more than 100 articles and publications on leadership and change. “My clients have included professionals from all walks of life: one billionaire, Fortune 500 CEO’s and officers; and hundreds of entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and professionals from all sectors.” Ed’s time is divided between Philadelphia, PA and the San Francisco Bay Area. “I take advantage of Skype Video and the Internet no matter where I am. Client’s find it convenient too – as I am usually available whenever the need arises.”
